Troy Dooly Attacked by BidiFy rep Over Zeek Rewards with Jay Bartels.

http://www.JayBartel.com The following statement is by Troy Dooly of the MLM Help Desk: Todd Hirsch, who states he is one of the top BidiFy affiliates, shot a video this week claiming after doing his due diligence that I will be going to federal prison for knowing Zeek Rewards was a ponzi. Well first of all we live in America and all citizens, have the right to share their opinions, I figured I would help him get the message out.

1. Hirsch claims I was a top promoter of Zeek Rewards. Since I do not fully know how he is using the word "promoter" I am not sure if he is referring that I covered Zeek Rewards more than any other journalist in network marketing, which is true. Or if he is using the word "promoter" as it is defined inside of the Ponzi laws, which in that is false.

I have never held any position inside of Rex Venture Group, Zeek Rewards or Zeekler Penny Auctions as a member, affiliates, employee, customer, or executive. And in thousands of private emails and public comments, not once did I ever direct anyone to join Zeek. I did shoot a video, where I was clear if Zeek Rewards, Co2 Rewards and DubLi Network were the last three MLM companies in the world, I would join DubLi Network because one of my long time mentors and friends is the Senior Director of Sales.

2. Hirsch claims I knew Zeek Rewards was a ponzi from day one. Well if you search this site or YouTube you will see where in Dec 2011, I called out several red flags in Zeek Rewards. Never did I claim it was a ponzi, nor do I believe it was a ponzi when it was shut down. I do without a doubt believe it could be called a pyramid based on the amount of money following from affiliates .vs the amount of outside sales from folks not in the compensation plan.

This is not new news, but I am sure Hirsch has just been busy building his BidiFy business, which was the #1 competitor to Zeek until August 17, 2012. From April of 2012, until the closure of Rex Venture Group, I was a driving force in adding the qualifiers needed to make sure the RPP was well inside the laws governing direct selling companies. Those qualifiers would have been 2,4,6,8,10 customers to 1 affiliates depending on the point balance.

Solavie is a Scam -Webinar Review 8-22-12- LifeMobile,Vitel, and Lighyear

After spending the past hour watching Solavie and their prime time webinar I can safely say..Run!! This is a prime example of big business manipulating hard working people with dreams of getting ahead or even just getting by in to believing that this is the biggest thing since sliced bread.

It's amazing how they have as they claim to have 30,000 people signed up or atleast in a hold your spot position. I had prepared a video to post before I witnessed tonight's webinar but it turns out this company is even more of disasater than my initial research revealed. I'm going to take a lot of slack for this but after the recent colapse of Zeek Rewards I decided that it was the right thing to do. I'm not out to win a popularity contest and too many of my good friends and fellow marketers lost everything when Zeek went down.

I'll be upfront with you and let you know that my company is LifeMobile but this has nothing to do with that. I took a look at it to see if they were going to be a threat to my business or to my friends over at lightyear or Vitel and I can tell you that the only threat they pose are to the people who are sucked in to this huge corporate web.

Solavie's plan is to offer T-mobile pre-paid and only T-mobile. If you have a Verizon or Sprint Phone then you will have to get rid of it and buy a T-mobile phone for them. Some At&T phones will work because they operate on the GSM networks and use a sim cars like T-mobile but outside of that you're out of luck. A cdma phone won't work.

So why only one carrier when LifeMobile for instance offers you pre paid service with all 4 major carriers; Verizon,Sprint, At&t and T-mobile? How many people are going to want to give up their androids or Iphones and switch over to T-mobile? During the webinar an individual claimed he took his At&t Iphone over to T-mobile and it rean perfectly at 4G speeds which I know for a fact isn't true. Call T-mobile and ask them and they'll tell you straight out it will only work on 2G/ edge. So why all the deceit? How big a stake does T-mobile have in this.

They are offering chump change and in return they will have 20,000 people or more doing their advertising for them by spamming the Solavie name all over very social media site. Don't be a pawn for this co mpany or any other company. Get rewarded for your efforts.

There are plenty of companies out there in the telecom industry where you can make Your home and if you put in the time and effort make a very comfortable living. I just don't see this as being one of them.

I'll be posting a more in depth Video tomorrow but for now take a look at some of the phones you would have to part with when they tell you to get T-mobile service to be fully qualified.

Usable Phones

Usable unlocked GSM phones do not provide our members with the exceptional experience we strive for. You should get voice, text, and data at slower (2G/EDGE) speeds (depending on phone and network availability). Usable phones will not have access to the Solavei mobile app, and members will need to login to the Solavei Community from a desktop browser. iPhone (GSM only) HTC One X Samsung Captivate Sony Ericsson Xperia Samsung Galaxy Motorola Atrix HTC HD2 HD7 For additional information see Use of the iPhone on Solavei Network

Not Supported

These phones and tablets will not work with Solavei Mobile Service and cannot be used on our network. CDMA and iDEN phones from carriers like Verizon, Sprint or boost Blackberries Tablets, iPads

You can find out more about my investigation by contacting me at GreatLifeMobile@gmail.com

Compare Solavie with an actual company who gives you the freedom to use your own phone, with your own carrier, and your own business.

Secret Service shut Down Zeek Rewards Ponzi Scheme - Millions Seized in ...

SEC Shuts Down $600 Million Online Pyramid and Ponzi Scheme

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
2012-160

Washington, D.C., Aug. 17, 2012 -- The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced fraud charges and an emergency asset freeze to halt a $600 million Ponzi scheme on the verge of collapse. The emergency action assures that victims can recoup more of their money and potentially avoid devastating losses.

The SEC alleges that online marketer Paul Burks of Lexington, N.C. and his company Rex Venture Group have raised money from more than one million Internet customers nationwide and overseas through the website ZeekRewards.com, which they began in January 2011.
Additional Materials SEC Complaint

According to the SEC's complaint filed in federal court in Charlotte, N.C., customers were offered several ways to earn money through the ZeekRewards program, two of which involved purchasing securities in the form of investment contracts. These securities offerings were not registered with the SEC as required under the federal securities laws.

The SEC alleges that investors were collectively promised up to 50 percent of the company's daily net profits through a profit sharing system in which they accumulate rewards points that they can use for cash payouts. However, the website fraudulently conveyed the false impression that the company was extremely profitable when, in fact, the payouts to investors bore no relation to the company's net profits. Most of ZeekRewards' total revenues and the "net profits" paid to investors have been comprised of funds received from new investors in classic Ponzi scheme fashion.

"The obligations to investors drastically exceed the company's cash on hand, which is why we need to step in quickly, salvage whatever funds remain and ensure an orderly and fair payout to investors," said Stephen Cohen, an Associate Director in the SEC's Division of Enforcement. "ZeekRewards misused the power of the Internet and lured investors by making them believe they were getting an opportunity to cash in on the next big thing. In reality, their cash was just going to the earlier investor."

The SEC's complaint alleges that the scheme is teetering on collapse with investor funds at risk of dissipation without its emergency enforcement action. Last month, ZeekRewards brought in approximately $162 million while total investor cash payouts were approximately $160 million. If customers continue to increasingly elect to receive cash payouts rather than reinvesting their money to reach higher levels of rewards points, ZeekRewards' cash outflows would eventually exceed its total revenue.

Burks has agreed to settle the SEC's charges against him without admitting or denying the allegations, and agreed to cooperate with a court-appointed receiver.

According to the SEC's complaint, ZeekRewards has paid out nearly $375 million to investors to date and holds approximately $225 million in investor funds in 15 foreign and domestic financial institutions. Those funds will be frozen under the emergency asset freeze granted by the court at the SEC's request. Meanwhile, Burks has personally siphoned several million dollars of investors' funds while operating Rex Venture and ZeekRewards, and he distributed at least $1 million to family members. Burks has agreed to relinquish his interest in the company and its assets plus pay a $4 million penalty. Additionally, the court has appointed a receiver to collect, marshal, manage and distribute remaining assets for return to harmed investors.

The SEC's investigation was conducted by Brian M. Privor and Alfred C. Tierney in the SEC's Enforcement Division in Washington D.C. The SEC acknowledges the assistance of the Quebec Autorite des Marches Financiers and the Ontario Securities Commission.
